How can I know my credit left if I have no access to the internet ?
Place a call to the free number 003224001366. After callback, we will read you the amount left on your account, in your choosen language. Please note that you shall call this number from a dully authorized mobile phone.

No. 100% of the amount that you pay is usable for phone calls.

Shall I pay something to subscribe ?
No, subscription is free. Your first credit can be used at 100%.

Can everyone subscribe to Hiboo Mobile ?
Yes, as long as you have a mobile phone. Whatever your home country, whatever your actual mobile operator !

How long time is my credit available ?
9 months. We consider that after 9 months without one single call, the account can be discarded and the remaining credit is lost.

How to know that my subscription is OK ?
Place a call through Hiboo, for instance, towards your Hiboo number 1= +3224001351.

Why is it so cheap compared to classic operators ? Is it Voice over IP ?
No, it is good old classic telephony. We are just good buyiers !

Phone

Do I need something special to use Hiboo (software, hardware, ...) ?
Absolutely nothing ! Your actual mobile phone is fine. You keep your actual SIM card. We can only suggest you to encode the Hiboo numbers in the directory of your mobile phone. Thus you can call at Hiboo prices in three clicks !

I have already a mobile operator !
Excellent. Keep it. Choose the most expensive numbers that your call often and place those calls through Hiboo to maximize your savings.

I have a professionnal gsm. Can I use Hiboo anyway ?
Yes ! That's even an excellent idea to place your private phone calls through Hiboo from this mobile phone. You pay for them. Your boss pay for your professionnal phone calls. One single mobile phone for two separated usages, that makes sense.

Why Hiboo numbers are starting with +32 ?
Because our systems are in Brussels/Belgium. No worries, you can call those numbers because we never answer those calls (but we call you back afterwards). No answer means no cost.

What happens if I call my Hiboo number 1 from another line (example office) ?
The call will be rejected because we don't know this line. Unless you have registered this line as authorized to place Hiboo calls into your account online.

Do I keep my number if I subscribe to Hiboo Mobile ?
Yes. It does not change anything to your actual mobile.

I do hide my number. Is it OK ?
Yes, as operator, we do receive it even if your hide it. But if for some reasons we do not receive it, just dial the short code to prevent hidding it "call-by-call" before the Hiboo number.
